Terms of Service

The website, the Infinityy OS demo and the automation maps are provided for information. All data in Infinityy OS is fictional. Automation maps, time-saved figures and ROI numbers are estimates, not quotes or guarantees.

Paid work — scope, price, timelines, ownership of deliverables and support — is agreed in a separate written proposal or contract. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

When you connect an account (for example Google, WhatsApp or a CRM) to an automation we build, you confirm you are allowed to grant that access. We use it only to run the automation you asked for, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time.

Do not misuse the website or our systems: no spam, no attempts to break security or rate limits, no unlawful content, and no use of our automations to message people without the consent the law requires.

Our systems rely on third-party platforms such as n8n, Google, Meta/WhatsApp, AI model providers and hosting providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

The website and demos are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Infinityy AII is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
