Privacy Policy

Contact form. When you use “What should we automate?” you give us your name, email, optional company name and a description of the process you want to automate. We use this to generate your automation map, reply to you and, if you ask, email you a copy.

In your browser only. Your automation map and the Infinityy OS demo state are kept in your browser's session storage so the demo can show you as a lead. It is cleared when you close the tab and is never sent to us.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. We use your IP address briefly to rate-limit the contact form. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Some of our automations connect to Google services (for example Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar or Google Drive) with Google OAuth. We only request the permissions an automation needs, and only after you sign in with Google and explicitly grant access.

We use Google user data only to provide the features you set up — for example reading an inbox to draft replies, logging leads to a sheet or booking appointments in a calendar. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to build user profiles unrelated to the service, and do not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires it.

Infinityy AII's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

To run the website and our automations we use trusted processors, each only for its specific job: Vercel (hosting), n8n (workflow automation and lead intake), Google (Gmail and Google Sheets, to log enquiries and send replies), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic and other AI model providers (to generate automation maps and AI replies), and Supabase (databases for client CRMs). They process data on our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and deleted on request. Data processed by a client's automation is kept only as long as that client's service requires, and deleted when the engagement ends or when you ask us to.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access tokens and API keys are stored as secrets, never in public code, and access is limited to the people who need it to run your systems.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it, by emailing infinityyyaiii@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. This applies to data you gave us directly and to Google user data we accessed on your behalf.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18.
